These objective lenses are designed to image the workpiece in depth of field (even when the wavelength changes between visible light (wavelength = 480 nm) and near infrared (wavelength = 1800 nm), so the M Plan NIR series is suitable for laser repair. However, when the wavelength exceeds 1100 nm, the position of the focus may be slightly deviated from that under visible light due to the change of the scattering index and refractive index of the glass.
