Operation instructions of Rotation Stage
1. Vertical rotary disc horizontal rotary disc pneumatic indexing disc, the manual valve or solenoid valve intake port connected to the cylinder intake, manual valve or solenoid valve return pipe connected to the cylinder to the return port. The oil pressure dividing plate connects the oil inlet of manual valve or solenoid valve to the oil inlet of cylinder, and the return pipe of manual valve or solenoid valve to the oil cylinder to the oil inlet.
2. Pneumatic dividing disc, turn on the ventilation source, open the manual valve or solenoid valve, so that the intake pipe can be ventilated, and the cylinder can move forward to the locking state. If the magnetic wire is installed to the locking touch induction line lamp, it will light up. See the locking state diagram.
Oil pressure dividing dial, connect oil circuit, open manual valve or solenoid valve, make the oil intake pipe oil, cylinder forward to the locking state, if there is a magnetic wire to this lock touch induction line lamp will light up, see the locking state diagram.
3. Normal processing.
4. When the pneumatic indexing plate is finished, change the direction of the valve intake. At this time, compressed air enters the cylinder from the return port and pushes the cylinder back. If there is a magnetic induction line, then the magnetic induction line will light up. See the regression status chart.
When the oil pressure dividing disc is finished, change the direction of the valve oil intake. At this time, when the oil pressure enters the cylinder from the return port, it pushes the cylinder back. If the magnetic induction line is installed, then the magnetic induction line of the return demagnetization will light up.
5. Wait for the next group of instructions and repeat 1-4 times.
The Rotation Stage is an additional instrument installed on the object table of polarizing microscope. It consists of three, four or five rotating axes. The thin sheet is sandwiched between a pair of glass hemispheres of the rotating table. By means of the rotation of each rotating axes, the crystal can tilt in space to reach the desired orientation, so as to measure the optical constants of the crystal and identify minerals.
